Drip irrigation is the answer in places where water scarcity is all year round. It is a method of crop irrigation that involves controlled delivery of water to farms. As a pilot project, NAAM has installed drip irrigation in a few adjoining farms. This was done as a community farming project, where the villagers had to come together and cultivate a single crop. This proved to be beneficial and also produced a better yield.
