Health is an important aspect of a farmer’s life. The healthier the farmer and his family, the healthier the yield. Due to lack of money, farmers often tend to delay getting the required medical treatment for themselves and their families.

To resolve this issue and ensure equitable medical care is provided, NAAM stepped in to distribute medical concession cards, after the farmer’s economic condition is verified. Using this card, poor and marginalised farmers can avail of discounted medical facilities. Thus far, 624 of these cards have been distributed at Wardha and 97 at Aurangabad.
